MRNS paid a number of Pakistani and Indian businesses to provide the containers. In the months of October and November 2007, Indal Logistics coordinated shipments from the Gujarati port of Kandla to the eastern province of Bihar. MRNS used to pay Infospace for their logistical assistance. The invoices include payments for both the first half of 2007 and the whole 2008 year. The general manager of Indal, Jitesh Mittal, reported that he was in talks with MRNS for the coming fiscal year.Ms. Batalvi claims that the business is now shutting down because of a "lack of concrete."
